With extensive training in a variety of modalities, Karen works from traditional approaches to spiritually-based alternatives. She will create a customized plan tailored to fit your body, goals, and lifestyle. Coaching plans are a blend of one-on-one sessions, in-person meal preparation, and access via text, phone, and email when you need it most.

Prior to her career in behavioral health, Karen was a well-respected veteran in the entertainment industry as a producer and casting director for over 14 years. She was a producer on A&E’s ‘Intervention,’ responsible for treatment placement and case management. Her journey into Healthcare started with her managing and overseeing daily operations in upscale urgent cares.

In the framework of the human design concept, Karen is a Manifesting Generator. This is expressed in her magnetism to opportunity and her exuberant life-force energy that has been known to inspire others and achieve success across different careers.
