Dr. Brad Bose applies his method of functional performance training to help clients achieve peak states of physical health and mental resilience.

Brad’s unique method of functional performance training integrates psychology and physiology. The focus is on progress, not perfection. He uses the most advanced equipment including Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology using the Katalyst Training System. Activate more muscles in less time to maximize results.

Brad has been a fitness consultant for over 20 years. He has been featured in magazines such as  Angeleno, Brentwood, W, Vogue, New York Post, Star, OK, People, LA Times, and the London Telegraph. Brad has launched and managed several other high-profile private training gyms in Los Angeles, where he has trained a large number of well-known Hollywood celebrities and has worked on major television and film projects.

In college, Brad played football and wrestled on a national level. He went on to play professional football in Chicago but several injuries retired him from contact sports. During his rehabilitation, Brad earned an MBA from Webster University in Northbrook, Illinois, and began competing as a bodybuilder. He has served as a consulting member of The President’s Council on Fitness.

Brad has dedicated his life to breaking barriers in fitness training and helping his clients achieve optimal states of physical wellbeing and performance. A pioneer of modern fitness, Brad’s expertise lies at the intersection of physiology and psychology, where new advancements push the limits of what is possible.

Brad received his Ph.D. in Physiology and is known as one of the most experienced health & wellness professionals in L.A. Over the course of his career, Brad has coached professional athletes, world-champion boxers, and trained Robert Downey Jr in preparation for his role as Iron Man. He is the founder of Anatomi Functional Performance Center in Santa Monica, an private training facility that features state-of-the-art equipment.

As your coach, Brad offers the most important element essential for any transformation: accountability. His approach is kind and firm, providing the support you need to reach your goals and maintain them for the long run. Together, you will create a ‘no excuses’ program so that no matter where you are in the world, you will have your coach on your side.
